Comfortable room that's been recently spruced up, including a spacious bathroom stocked with hairdryers, a shower cap, and fluffy bath sheets. Helpful staff who's always ready to assist with a cheerful attitude 😊.

Beautiful area with a central location not far from the falls and downtown. Casino nearby offers a great variety of food locations. - Very convenient to Rossi Glass. - the rooms were updated and new-fashioned. - the staff was incredibly welcoming. - Very comfy bed, bay window, comfy armchairs, and a whirlpool in the room.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, yet everything was perfect. The room was newly renovated and with microwave, a towel plus fridge. The hotel had an amazing location close to Niagara Falls Imax Theatre. Moreover, it was 10 minutes on foot from the downtown.

The room was updated and fashionable, the hotel was fairly clean. I appreciated the room with a jacuzzi, the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was not very far from the venue.

The lobby, decorated in browns, blues, and creams, features a small seating area in front of the reception desk. One evening, as I sat by the fireplace in the lobby, sipping on a hot drink, I felt like a character in a classic mystery novel, waiting for the plot to unfold.
